Vintage Care Bears The 1980s Care Bears Collectibles are full of colorful caring bears! There are four main categories for collecting vintage Care Bears: 1) Plush Care Bears, 2) Poseable Care Bears, 3) Miniature Care Bear Figures, and 4) Everything Else! This includes various things like Care Bears toys, games, books, accessories and more. Plush Care Bears Large size plush Care Bears were also released. Only seven select Care Bears were made into the large size (18-inch), including Bedtime Bear, Birthday Bear, Cheer Bear, Good Luck Bear, Love-A-Lot Bear, Tenderheart Bear and Wish Bear. New plush Care Bear characters were to come later too! |

Plush Care Bear Cousins came out in the mid 1980s. The cousins are a colorful bunch of animals including Brave Heart Lion, Bright Heart Raccoon, Cozy Heart Penguin, Gentle Heart Lamb, Lotsa Heart Elephant and Swift Heart Rabbit.
Care Bears Figures The Poseable Care Bear figures are a bit taller at 3 inches tall. These little cuties can move their heads, arms and legs! They even made play sets for the posable bears... Care-A-Lot Playset, Care Bears Cloud Mobile and The Care Bears Rainbow Roller. |

| Small Plush Care Bears: There are a total of 12 small plush Care Bears from the 1980s. Each one measures 6-inches tall. And each bear has a unique "tummy symbol" to match his or her personality. It is interesting to note that they never made Grams, Baby Hugs, nor Baby Tugs in the small size plush. |
