Alvin Alvin is the leader of Alvin and the Chipmunks. He is a mischievous chipmunk. Alvin is also very talented - at singing, dancing, and causing lots of trouble! His personality is that of a stereotypical lead singer: temperamental, aggressive, varyingly despondent or euphoric, and a bit of a wild one - yeah, he's a rock and roll star! He usually acts before he thinks, but he's all-and-all a pretty nice little guy who does the right thing - in the end. Alvin's Appearance: A spunky chipmunk wearing a red shirt with a letter "A" on the front and a matching red cap. |

Simon Simon is the intellectual Chipmunk. Careful, meticulous, and intelligent is an excellent way to describe Simon. In addition to being a brain, Simon can rock out with the best of them! Simon plays the bass, sax, clarinet, the drums - as well as the tuba and bagpipes! Simon's Appearance: A tall chipmunk wearing glasses, a blue shirt and a look of intelligence. |

Theodore Theodore is a little sweetie! He's thoughtful and caring, gullible and trusting - there is a lot to love in this chubby little impressionable chipmunk. Although Theodore has a heart of gold, he can often be bribed with candy or other goodies. Theodore's Appearance: A tubby chipmunk wearing a green shirt and a lovable smile. |

David Seville Better known as Dave, David Seville is the father-figure and band manager for the Chipmunks. More than anything, to the Chipmunks, Dave is their dad. Although he tries to be a good father and manager, occasionally Dave's patience is tried, especially by Alvin - famously resulting in Dave screaming "ALLLLVINNN!!" and Alvin finally responding "OKKKKK!" |

Brittany Brittany is the lead singer of The Chipettes. Even though she is self-centered, vain, and the center of her own universe, she really does care for her sisters... just not as much as herself! Brittany, like Alvin, is impulsive - but she is quicker to anger than he is. Just as Alvin is the leader of the Chipmunks, Brittany is the leader of the Chipettes. |

Jeanette Jeanette is the tallest, most clever and the most clumsy of her sisters! Jeanette is the thinker of the Chipette trio, much like Simon. Intelligent and pensive, Jeanette sometimes forgets about the details of her appearance, leading her to look a bit nerdy. Jeanette's Appearance: A cute girl chipmunk that wears big round glasses and is quite tall. |

Eleanor Eleanor is kind, loving, nurturing and thoughtful - just like her counterpart Theodore. Elanor is a lot more physical and athletic than Theodore, however, despite her girth. Eleanor loves food! |
